PTO in Action
What's Happening?The Richards PTO will be having their first 2010-2011 meeting on Friday, September 17, 2010! The meetings will be held the first Tuesday of every month, in the Richards School cafeteria. Current Events: The Richards PTO has been invited to join the Homecoming Parade this year! We need volunteers to ride on the float that will take place on September 18th, 2010 starting in the Auto Serve parking lot (near Dunkin Donuts) at 10:00am and ending at the Newport Middle High School parking lot, you will need to pick your child up there at the end of the parade. We will need to meet there by 9:30-9:45 to be prepared to leave. We are hoping boys can come in basketball uniforms and girls in cheerleader uniforms (preferably red & white, but really any color would be great) if they have them. Don't worry about a costume if you don't have one to wear, we will have a few available and we would still like for your child to be a part of the event! Parents and Families are welcome to ride as well. | |
